Depending on what you want to achieve, you can choose a 4 or 8 week plan. The plan is based on a balanced diet and workout regime and is put together by sport coaches and nutritionists.
There is no ‘one size fits all’. This plan is tailored around the answers you provide, based on your current health and lifestyle and what you want to achieve - whether that’s help with losing weight or looking for ways to improve your overall health and fitness.
As an AIG customer, you and your immediate family (partner and children up to the age of 21) get unlimited access to this service at no additional cost – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There’s no limit to how often you can use this service.
Complete the online questionnaire to the best of your knowledge. You’ll be asked questions about your height, weight, lifestyle and goals. You’ll also be asked about any food intolerances or dietary requirements.
Your information will be thoroughly assessed and if there are no issues from a medical point of view, you’ll be contacted to confirm you can start your programme. You’ll need to confirm when you want to start and for how long (4 or 8 weeks).
You’ll receive a personalised programme via email which will comprise of weekly workout routines, stretching exercises, meal plans and menus. Each week you’ll receive a follow up email.
