Mental Health Support

  • The Mental Health Support service allows you to get personalised care from a team of specialised professionals. Whether you need help coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression or a recent bereavement, this service is here to help you and your family get the care you need.

Our team of mental health professionals, psychotherapists and psychologists approach each case in a personalised way and with absolute confidentiality. They can give you one time consultations delivered remotely in the comfort of your own home or wherever you are in the world. Or you may need up to four therapy sessions before the specialist is able to recommend the right coping strategies for you.

Who can use this service?

As an AIG customer, you and your immediate family (partner and children up to the age of 21) get unlimited access to this service at no additional cost. 

How does it work?


  • How to contact us:

    To book an appointment you can complete the online form below or call us by phone – you decide.

  • Ensuring your safety:

    Our GPs will review your appointment details to ensure your safety and will forward the case to the psychology team. The GP may contact you if you they need more information or have any concerns. A member of the psychology team will then contact you Monday to Friday during office hours.

  • Personalised treatment and support:

    Your dedicated mental health specialist will contact you to discuss the best course of treatment for you. They may arrange sessions with you to gain a deeper understanding of what is causing your concerns, before they recommend the most suitable support strategies.


What we don't treat: This is not an emergency service and below are some conditions we would not be able to treat: 

Thoughts of suicide or self-harm, psychosis, hallucinations, mania, schizophrenia, Severe depression, PTSD, Personality disorders.
