Or you may need up to four therapy sessions before the specialist is able to recommend the right coping strategies for you.

Our GPs will review your appointment details to ensure your safety and will forward the case to the psychology team. The GP may contact you if you they need more information or have any concerns. A member of the psychology team will then contact you Monday to Friday during office hours.
Your dedicated mental health specialist will contact you to discuss the best course of treatment for you. They may arrange sessions with you to gain a deeper understanding of what is causing your concerns, before they recommend the most suitable support strategies.
What we don't treat: This is not an emergency service and below are some conditions we would not be able to treat:
Thoughts of suicide or self-harm, psychosis, hallucinations, mania, schizophrenia, Severe depression, PTSD, Personality disorders.
